Product Information

A chemically balanced plasticiser, based on synthetic air-entraining agents, designed to improve the workability of bricklaying and plastering mortars and increase their resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. Eliminates the need for additional lime to be added to the mix. Reduces the risk of cracking and crazing. Also available on special request, the original wood resin blend (brown).

Application

For addition to brick mortars, cement renders, pointing mixes. Replacing lime in the above mixes. Shake well before use. Use at the rate of 100ml to 150ml per 25Kg bag of cement. For hand mixing best results are obtained by adding the may be added directly to the cement mixer.

How To Use:

• Shake well before use.
• Use at the rate of 100ml to 150ml per 25Kg bag of cement.
• For hand mixing, best results are obtained by adding the MORTAR PLASTICISER to the gauging water
  before mixing.
• In the case of mechanical mixes, the MORTAR PLASTICISER may be added directly to the cement mixer.
• Do not use at temperatures below +2C or when the temperature is expected to drop below 0C within 24 hours.
