Next Day Delivery

Orders must be placed before 12pm Noon and with an additional charge of £6.98 (Online Orders)

How much do you charge for delivery?

Local Delivery by our Own Driver is charged on physical distance from our Address and dependent on item.

Online Orders Delivery is free* for orders over £25 for the majority of UK Mainland.  Orders will be dispatched promptly. Please allow 2-3 Working days to receive your order. If you do not receive your order within this time, please contact us.

We subsidise delivery charges to the following areas, but there may be additional amounts to pay. If you are in one the following areas, please contact us for delivery charges. Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland (BT postcodes), Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands & Islands, Europe, Rest of The World.

When will I receive my order?

We make certain that our dispatch time is as quick as possible. All orders received before 12pm will be dispatched on the same day. Any orders placed after 12pm Noon will be dispatched the next day. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery unless you have requested/paid for next day delivery. Orders placed on a Friday after 12pm Noon or on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the Monday. Please consider, orders placed at busy holiday times can take a day or two longer, this is out of our control.

Do I need to be in when my order arrives?

Due to the value of many items on the site, if the delivery is made by courier someone will need to be in to sign for the item.  If you are not in and delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions of how to rearrange delivery or directions to the nearest depot where you can collect your order.

What happens if my order is damaged or incomplete?

We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that the order is damaged or a is incomplete please contact us straight away and we will do our best to solve any issues.

Royal Mail Lost items info

Items sent by 1st Class, 2nd Class and Royal Mail Signed For™ are not classed as lost until 10 working days after the due date (7 working days Royal Mail Tracked items and 5 working days for Special Delivery Guaranteed).

International Deliveries

Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to ship any liquid products overseas.

We welcome our international customers and, in many instances, we can deliver abroad to Europe & the rest of the world.  Please simply contact us for a quote stating the items you wish to buy, we're happy to help!
