Osmo Garden Furniture Maintenance Kit  contains: Osmo Wood Reviver Gel  – a fast acting gel for restoring the natural colour of greyed exterior wood Osmo Teak Oil Spray  – protects hardwood garden furniture from dirt and water ingress Stiff brush  – for applying and working the gel into the surface of the wood grain Buffing fleece  – for applying and working the Teak Oil into the wood For larger projects or replacement materials,  Osmo Wood Reviver Gel  is available in larger sizes. SURFACE PREPARATION – WOOD REVIVER POWER GEL Remove coarse dirt from greyed wood; afterwards dampen with water. Wood Reviver Power Gel is ready to use, do not thin. Perform a trial application before treating wood with Wood Reviver Power Gel. METHOD OF APPLICATION – WOOD REVIVER POWER GEL Apply the gel generously along the wood grain. After approx. 20 minutes clean with a hard brush and rinse with a lot of water. After approx. 48 hours drying time, protect the now newly refreshed wood with a wood finish (e.g. Osmo Natural Oil Woodstain, Decking-Oils, Country Colour). For mechanical processing on decking, we recommend using Osmo Decking and Flooring Cleaner. NOTE – WOOD REVIVER POWER GEL Protect metal (e.g. hinges) and plants against direct contract (e.g. cover ornamental and farm plants with a tarpaulin.) SURFACE PREPARATION – TEAK OIL SPRAY Wood surface must be clean, dry and frost-free (moisture content max. 20%). Osmo Teak-Oil Spray is ready to use. Shake spray can well and carry out trial spray. Clean old microporous stains thoroughly. Old paints and lacquers must be completely removed. As a general rule, wear a dust mask during sanding works. Hard wood containing natural wood ingredients needs to weather off (for approximately 4 weeks) or be cleaned with Osmo Brush Cleaner and Thinner (degreaser). The finished surface is, among other things, influenced by the wood‘s natural characteristics. Therefore, a trial application is always required, especially for unfamiliar surfaces. METHOD OF APPLICATION – TEAK OIL SPRAY Spraying distance approx. 25 cm. Afterwards massage into wood with a brush. While applying, cover and protect surrounding areas and parts which should not be treated against the spray mist. Wipe away any excess product with a cloth. Allow to dry for approx. 12 hours with good ventilation and apply 2nd coat. When renovating, one coat applied is usually sufficient. Clean spray nozzle after use. NOTE – TEAK OIL SPRAY Osmo Teak-Oil Spray is clear and therefore it does not protect against UV rays from the sun (greying). If the original colour tone of freshly sawn wood should be kept (e.g. Bangkirai), we recommend a coat with Osmo Decking-Oils in a natural shade or Natural Oil Woodstain in the appropriate colour tone. CARE Regular Cleaning:  Damp cleaning with Osmo Decking Cleaner using Osmo Decking Cleaning Brush. Occasional Maintenance:  If necessary, intensive cleaning and refreshing using Osmo Wood Reviver Power Gel or Osmo Gard Clean. Recoating:  Simply re-apply one coat onto the clean and dry surface when signs of wear become visible. Add to wishlist
