Pricing

All prices quoted are inclusive of Vat.

The Vat element of each purchase is clearly detailed on the Eakers DIY invoice.

Please note that the prices shown are the Eakers DIY prices which may differ to the in-store prices.

Guarantees

Eakers DIY take great care to ensure that all the products featured on this website are of a high quality.

As part of our commitment to quality we provide 6 months guarantee on all Hand Tool products on this website provided that they have been used, at all times, in the correct manner. However in many cases, due to the exceptional quality of the products, the manufacturers will give much longer guarantees on their products.

As far as Power Tools are concerned Eakers DIY follows the manufacturer's policy, details of which will be included with the product.

If a product is faulty and under guarantee you should follow the procedures detailed below.

You may, if you wish, cancel your order for any reason within 14 days starting on the day after you receive the goods. To do this you will need to notify us that you wish to do this, specifying the order number of the order to be cancelled. If you do this we may ask you to pay the cost of returning the goods to us but, apart from this, the whole of your money will be returned to you within 15 days of such cancellation.

Extented Warranty

Your Dimplex Stove is guaranteed against defects arising from faulty manufacture for 1 year (3 Year Extended Warranty) subject to the following conditions. Failure to comply with these conditions will invalidate the guarantee:The receipt must be kept as proof of purchase. Your Dimplex stove must be installed by suitably qualified individual (HETAS Engineer or equivalent) and upon installation a Certificate of Compliance must be presented. The guarantee is 1 year from date of purchase Or 3 Years on Extended Warranty on certain products.The guarantee does not cover parts that are deemed to be replaceable through normal usage of the stove. These include: glass panels, rope seals, bottom grate or fire bars, ash pan, cast iron liners, baffle plate, log guard.Only genuine Dimplex spare parts should be used. Parts • that may need occasional replacement are: cast iron liners, ash pan, fire grate, log guard.Should you require after sales service or should you need to purchase any spares, please contact the retailer from whom the appliance was purchased. Please do not return a faulty product to us in the first instance as this may result in loss or damage and delay in providing you with a satisfactory service. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
