HG Hagesan descaler

HG descaler is an effective descaling fluid which has been specially designed for the removal of scale from hot water apparatus such as : coffee-makers, washing machines and dish-washers. If allowed to build up, lime scale and other deposits will make heater elements use more energy, meaning that it runs less efficiently and will wear out more porcelain cleanerly. Furthermore, in coffee makers, scale does nothing to improve the taste of the coffee. The directions for use of HG descaler vary with each heating appliance, and for thoroughly removing all traces of scale, the hardness of the water is a key factor. The correct application of HG descaler is on the packaging.

APPLICATION

On washing machines, coffee percolators, kettles and boilers.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

Coffee machines: Dilute 50 ml of HG quick descaler with a ½ litre water and thencarefully pour in. Switch the machine on so that the solution passes through themachine. Pour the spent solution away carefully. If necessary repeat the treatmentuntil the water flow is normal. Once the machine has been cleaned of scale, run itthree times with clean water to thoroughly remove any sediment or other residues.Electric kettles: Dilute 50 ml of HG quick descaler with a ½ litre cold water andthen carefully pour in. Do not switch the kettle on, but leave the product to work forup to 40 minutes. Pour away the solution carefully. If necessary repeat treatment. Finally clean the kettle with clean water. Repeat three or four times to remove allresidues.Washing machines: Carefully pour (110-200ml) HG quick descaler into the detergent container. Select the shortest programmer en set the Temperature at 60° C. Halfway through the programmer turn off the main Switch and leave for 20 minutes to activate before switching the machine back on toFinish its cycle. Heating elements (other than electric kettles) could be treated separately. Cover the element with HG quick descaler with aid of a brush. Leave the producttill work for 5 min before removing scale with a sponge. Finally rinse well with water.
